Shipping policy

Shipping times and processing times are considered separately. Processing time is the time we take to process an order, while shipping time refers to the time a purchase takes to arrive from the shipping facility to the destination address.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Times stated here are stimated and we'll do our best to meet them. However, we cannot guarantee them as potential delays due to high voume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may affect the times of your order. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We do not charge for domestic shipping. All our items ship for free.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the shipping provider.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries.

You may choose to ship your package through the National Postal Service System or UPS. 

Important when selecting the National Postal Services System as your carrier:

  • The package tracking will be lost once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
  • If the National Postal Service System is not relable in your country, select UPS as the carrier of your shipment as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. 

Double-check the shipping address, if the package is undeliverable it will be abandoned. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naita is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We're not responsible for delays due to customs or lost packages.

International parcels are taking longer times than usual and it is subjected to the destination country and customs restrictions and protocols due to the pandemic. Keep in mind that some international buyers are taking longer than usual to receive their package.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We will not deliver any packages, any parcels, or any deliveries whatsoever to addresses that are PO boxes. We only ship items when a real, valid, and verifiable street addresses is provided. If we cannot verify your address a refund for the amount of your purchase may be issued without notice.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
