I want you to love your new jewelry piece, but I understand that sometimes it doesn't happen that way.
I have a 30-day refund/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible of a refund you must first return the item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your refund request is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You won't be charge for the shipping of any returned items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Within the first 30 days, you will have the option to opt for an exchange or a refund, after that you will only be able to request an exchange.
Exchanges & Repair Policy
I work everyday to provide the best quality possible to you, but I'm still learning too. From sourcing to shipping, there are many steps that impact in the quality of an item.
I'll be happy to help with any disperfect during normal wear because of a defect in material or workmanship in your item that happens within the first year of life. If you experience any issue, please reach back to me within this period and I'll be happy to make a new piece for you at no extra cost.
If a your piece is damaged after the first year, I will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost.
Naita, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
Please allow 15-20 business days for your repairs to be complete. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Repair processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

You will be notified you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
